MAKE THE MANAGER WEAR PINK
I bet my stylists and the salon clients they couldn't raise over $1000.00 in October 2007 for breast cancer research.
I lost!

Hi,
My name is Davi and I am retired Navy Chief Machinists Mate, a licensed Cosmetologist and former Salon manager.
As a stylist I was always happy to see the sharpener show up,, but,, as the salon manager I had mixed reactions.
I wanted my stylists to have properly sharpened shears,, but,, if a stylist only had one pair they couldn't work while the sharpener was sharpening. If the salon was busy this risked a loss of salon
revenue.
Then there was the problem of where to put the sharpener. Usually the only flat place available was in the dispensary or on the washer or dryer. This could interfere with color services or make us
fall behind on laundry.
Now I am the sharpener and I think I have the solution to these problem.
I will always have my personal shears with me to loan to the stylist so they can continue to cut hair while I do the sharpening and I work at my van so I am not in the way and I have immediate access
to everything I need.
The loaner shears keep everyone cutting and your dispensary and laundry room stay useful to you so your salon and stylists can keep making money while I make
the shears cut right so you or your stylists can cut better..
