Seven Day Callback Guarantee on Cutting Action for Shears and
Blades --- Ideally whatever I sharpen should be cutting right before I
leave,, BUT,, I recognize that sometimes there isn’t the opportunity
to test everything on hair every time before I leave so if you call me
within 7 days of when I sharpened to report a problem I will correct
it at no cost as soon as possible.

If I replaced a part and it breaks under normal service in less than
60 days, I will replace it free.


I reserve the right to refuse to sharpen anything that does not have
sufficient metal for me to give you the 7 Day Callback Guarantee.


Blades are only guaranteed if:
  • The rails were sufficient to sharpen them without grinding into
    parts of the blade that are not normally ground during a
    sharpening service.
  • There are no broken teeth.
  • Adjustable blades will be tested before I leave and have no
    warranty.

If you ask me to sharpen something anyway and it cuts when I give
it back to you
I do expect to be paid.
